The initial approach considered accessibility and the mobility possibilities of the residents as determining factors for the placement of the building on the plot. It was decided that the different floors would adapt to the topography, avoiding interior slopes and minimizing the vertical travel of the residents.
This approach generates a comb-shaped building, composed of a longitudinal piece that groups the common services and several perpendicular pieces that house the rooms and externally generate recreational areas and courtyards. The vertical communication elements are located at the meeting points between the pieces.
