Technical assistance for the City Council of Bollullos Par del Condado has been completed

The City Council of Bollullos Par del Condado has successfully received the feasibility study for the future senior residence in the municipality, prepared by the specialized consultancy firm Reinsur Consulting.

The work included an initial citizen survey that served as the foundation for a comprehensive market study, an investment analysis, and a preliminary architectural design. As a result, the study concludes the feasibility of developing a center with a capacity for 120 places, distributed across 96 single rooms and 24 double rooms, with a comb-shaped architectural layout that allows for the creation of six living units. This design promotes a more personalized and close-care model, adapted to the new regulations governing the material, functional, and quality requirements necessary for the operation and accreditation of centers and services for the care of the elderly in Andalusia, currently being processed by the Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families, and Equality of the Andalusian Regional Government.

It is worth highlighting Reinsur’s extensive experience in the elderly care sector, where it has built a solid track record in the planning, design, and feasibility of residential centers. Its specialized knowledge has added value to the study, ensuring a rigorous, up-to-date approach aligned with current standards of quality and person-centered care.

This study represents a decisive step in the City Council’s commitment to the well-being of the elderly, addressing a long-identified and much-demanded social need. The Municipal Corporation highly values the work carried out, which lays the necessary technical foundations to continue advancing toward the execution of the project in subsequent phases, reiterating its firm institutional commitment to providing Bollullos Par del Condado with a modern, dignified residential facility adapted to the current and future needs of the elderly population, contributing to their quality of life and to the consolidation of a strong and sustainable social care network.
